We've got a new product in town! 

Introducing, our brand new S'mores Hot Cocoa!

Happy February! I'm never too afraid of the groundhog's prediction because it seems to stay cold until April regardless, so we're moving on to new fun things around here. First up: our brand new treat at The Scoop Shoppe - S'mores Hot Cocoa. We've been dreaming this up for months and months but finally took the next step and used our own farm fresh milk, our house-made hot cocoa mix, a freshly torched marshmallow fluff, chocolate shavings and a small-batch graham cracker for a WARM treat we think you'll love. This one's for those of you who just can't eat a cold gelato cone in negative degree weather. And it's here just in time to treat your Valentine.

We're on a mission to bring all things sweet and Valentine's Day to our Scoop Shoppe and this weekend is no exception. From our small-batch candies (chocolate covered freeze-dried cherries that are TO-DIE-FOR), naturally died gummy candies, chocolate Buckeyes, chocolate covered caramels and espresso beans to candles and gifts, we have a sweet treat for anyone on your Valentine's Day list. And the gelato case is no exception. We've got our chocolate-covered strawberry, a brand new Swiss Cake Roll (scratch-made chocolate cake, fudge sauce, chocolate flakes), sea salt caramel, creme anglaise, white chocolate with a raspberry swirl, and chocolate hazelnut. It's a great weekend for a sweet treat, I'm sure.

We've restocked our flavored French Grey Salts and added a new, everyday variety that I'm LOVING: Tuscan Herb! Made with French grey salt, thyme, rosemary, garlic and a touch of red pepper flakes (but not enough to make it spicy). We also restocked our smoked paprika salt mix. 

And our mini-renovation/expansion is completed, so there is more room to sit and enjoy your sweet treat at our shoppe. We can't wait to welcome you.
